What began with the development of innovative products for Sim Racing has evolved into a company that combines engineering, product development, 3D printing and digital manufacturing.
Today, 3DRap designs, manufactures and distributes proprietary products worldwide while also providing its manufacturing know-how and production infrastructure to other companies.
3DRap Sim Racing is where our story began. But 3DRap is much more.

The experience developed over the years has led 3DRap to operate through different brands and divisions, each addressing different markets while sharing the same technological and manufacturing know-how.

Our Sim Racing division designs and manufactures products developed to improve the driving experience.
Pedal modifications, steering wheels, accessories, electronic devices and innovative solutions are designed, tested and continuously improved by our team.
The same digital production model behind 3DRap allows us to rapidly evolve our products, introduce new solutions and serve sim racers around the world.
FROM SIM RACING TO INDUSTRY
It was our manufacturing laboratory.
To manufacture and distribute our products, we developed an internal 3D print farm composed of dozens of machines and built a complete digital workflow connecting product development, production, assembly, quality control, logistics and international e-commerce.
Managing this infrastructure taught us how to make additive manufacturing scalable, repeatable and reliable.
Over time, we began applying the same experience to third-party manufacturing, producing components and supplies for companies operating in different industrial sectors.
Today, proprietary products and industrial manufacturing coexist within the same ecosystem.
ENGINEERED AND MADE IN ITALY
Our headquarters and production facilities are located in the province of Avellino, Italy.
Here, different skills work together within an integrated process:
Engineering → 3D Printing → Assembly → Quality Control → Logistics
Our internal organization includes production and digital manufacturing, assembly, logistics and shipping, technical and R&D departments, administration, customer service and e-commerce management.
This allows us to follow a product throughout its entire journey: from the digital model to the finished component.

The 3DRap Hand Controller was developed to allow sim drivers with disabilities to accelerate and brake using their hand.
Since 2022, Microsoft has officially integrated support for the 3DRap Hand Controller into Forza Motorsport.
